It should be no surprise that food has been a major part of this journey.  While my sister is focused on researching the top cities to go to and how to get there efficiently, I spend the majority of my time ensuring that we are not only well fed but we are eating THE BEST THAT I CAN FIND.  Case in point, Le Banneton Bakery in Vientiane, Laos… a MUST!!!!
