Best restaurant in Battambang, Cambodia? Jaan Bai. First and foremost we had THE best drinks yet; over-the-top, properly-filled-with-liquor cocktails we’d had to date. It should be of note that bartenders in SE Asia are not using a heavy hand when serving drinks. Our meal included eggplant and mushroom dumplings, pork belly buns, and glazed chicken (so delicious I had it twice). Beyond the delicious food is a well-designed atmosphere. Thought I had more pictures but I must’ve been too concentrated on drinking & eating. #nom
